V tomto ohledu hraje \u00fast\u0159edn\u00ed roli syst\u00e9m hodnocen\u00ed BNB, kter\u00fd hodnot\u00ed projekty ve ve\u0159ejn\u00e9m i soukrom\u00e9m sektoru z hlediska jejich ekologick\u00fdch, ekonomick\u00fdch a sociokulturn\u00edch kvalit. C\u00edlem tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku je komplexn\u011b p\u0159edstavit principy, krit\u00e9ria, oblasti pou\u017eit\u00ed, v\u00fdhody, v\u00fdzvy a budouc\u00ed v\u00fdvoj BNB.\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id='grundlagen-des-bnb'>Z\u00e1klady BNB<\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id='definition-und-ziele-des-bnb'># Definice a c\u00edle BNB<\/h3>\n\n<p>BNB je syst\u00e9m hodnocen\u00ed vyvinut\u00fd Feder\u00e1ln\u00edm ministerstvem vnitra, stavebnictv\u00ed a komunit (BMI). Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se pro pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a hodnocen\u00ed projekt\u016f udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 v\u00fdstavby a zahrnuje \u0159adu krit\u00e9ri\u00ed, kter\u00e1 zohled\u0148uj\u00ed cel\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed cyklus budovy.
